Check the water level: We will make sure the water level is at the right level for your pool

Inspection of Pool Equipment. We inspect all pool equipment to ensure optimal efficiency. When we find deficiencies in your pool equipment, we will report it and make recommendations. Any required repairs are noted, quoted, and sent for your approval.

Brushing: We brush all surfaces of the entire pool including perimeter tiles to remove the debris and bio-film off the walls to prevent accumulation.

Vacuum Pool: We keep your pool bottom pristine clean with weekly vacuuming.

​

Clean Baskets: We check and clean out the debris from your pump basket, skimmer, and pool cleaner debris bags.

 

Filtration System: We thoroughly inspect the pools filter I.E. DE (diatomaceous earth) cartridge or sand filters. DE or Sand filters are backwashed as needed. PSI is noted in the report.

 

Deck Area: Our team will make sure to check your deck for algae that could pose a risk to your safety or health. We also check pool tiles, grout and coping are in great condition.  

 

Chemical Check:We check your water chemistry to ensure it is consistent with the LSI (Langelier Saturation Index). LSI is an indication of properly “balanced” pool water, which prevents scaling We ensure the sanitization, pH and alkalinity parameters are up to par.    

 

We clean chlorine and salt water pool for Fulshear resients, HOA, community centers and club houses.
